President Stafford,
Were these the times prior to 2014 you may have had a legal claim. Had the Federal Government of the then United States not pushed the Pebble Project through against public support, and lowballed the whole process, there would not have been the Pebble Catastrophe.
I remind you Representative Stafford; the Pebble Catastrophe is the apex of the then United States policies regarding profit before stewardship of land. And on April 14th 2016, after the catastrophic collapse of the Pebble Dam, enough toxic chemicals were released to sterilize the entire South Central aquatic ecosystem as well as destroy 90% of the marine wildlife in the Gulf of Alaska.
There is a reason, Representative Stafford, why the then United States relinquished the Alaska Republic. Your government system could not control the collateral damage resulting from the greatest environmental disaster on human record. When the Alaska Republic ceded in 2018 and 2019, the United States allowed it to keep the Russians from shoving every ounce of their nuclear arsenal up the United States’ Ass.
Now I do not contest that there are two forms of government in application upon the soil of the land mass of Alaska. There is the Alaska Republic, which now represents the Democratic United States; this gubernatorial system encompasses the central land mass of Alaska, all areas, I remind you, that are rendered uninhabitable due to environmental assassination by its predecessors at law. Beyond the civil armament at Fairbanks maintained in good faith by the Democratic United States for the Congressional Council, the Democratic United States does not maintain a sufficient population base to exert political power from the land mass.
Now Honorable Representatives, although we have been over this before; I shall once again speak of the political power of the Alaska’s. And because this body politic has shown such poor memory retention in the area, I shall keep this as remedial as possible to maintain your attention:
In 2018 and 2019 during the mass exodus of Federal Civilians, the only prescience upon the land was the broken and alienated Native Corporations that were enabled into existence through Federal Grants in lieu of sub-surface mineral rights. It became apparent, and quickly, that if our diverse peoples were to survive we would have to restructure. It was agreed that the people would now need to return to the roles of Stewards of the Land. In one major action the Native Peoples of Alaska pooled all their economic resources. We created the Alaska Corporation, and in incorporation we enacted at law concepts of government and law not practiced on paper since Babylon. The People now deemed as shareholders have bound themselves, their children, in essence all of their and their progenies blood and bone as corporate agents of Alaska Corp.
We shareholders incorporated with one concept at forefront, the reclamation of the wilderness of the land. And we have become exceedingly efficient at it.
This is a part that I guarantee you will not like President Ting, but you will suffer regardless:
It is the Alaska Corp that washes the Pebble Catastrophe from the land. Our efforts at source water reclamation drive the wash cycle of Pebble contaminants downstream to be recovered before they reach the Port of Talkeetna. Many of the reclaimed chemicals are driving components for fuel cell construction in the Alaska Corp automotive venture in Illinois.
It is the Alaska Corp that has fought for and won all the necessary treaties to allow the transplant of the Yukon River Delta and therein save endangered Salmon species. In these negotiations, our foresight allowed for this species of salmon to be transplanted in South Central Alaska when the time is right and environmental conditions are not so harmful and resurrect another source in the food chain.
It is the Alaska Corp that held the circumpolar nations at the table long enough to negotiate the Northern Alliance, an Alliance that is of great benefit to this Congressional Council in retrospect.
It is the Alaska Corp that streamlines and reduces costs in the development and construction of de-salination plants on the west coast of the Americas that bring potable water to millions that thirst.
I could go on and on President Ting about how the Alaska Corp is responding to crisis levels on a global scale in benefit of all; but I shall rather close with this statement:
Many Representatives of this Congress, including you President Ting, fear the power and influence Alaska Corp now commands. We shareholders have cultivated, and continue to cultivate, our political resources. Whether you like it or not, our investments have put us on the forefront of Global Politics and Science. There is no area of shareholder controlled lands that is in any way indebted to outside forces of any venue, there is no bankruptcy between Alaska Corp and the Democratic United States that allows for seizure of shareholder indemnities and responsibilities of Alaska Corp by the Democratic United States.
Therefore, President Ting there is no lawful authority of this council to authorize letters of marquee and seizure to any City State at Council. If this body politic is resolve on skirmish negotiations to settle this issue, then the Fairbanks repository is your closest access to Council authorized armament of death and destruction. We will not stop you. However, my words are on record and should be marked by sister state delegates, any act of violence upon Alaska Corp shareholders will be deemed as an attempted act of genocide upon Alaska Corp. Said action would be enough to destroy your delicate Council, Representative Ting. Further Alaska Corps response at halting all humanitarian relief technologies may be enough of a shock to the world to transfer the momentum of your skirmish negotiations into complete world war.
