As both a Nihilist and cinephile, I've run across many movies managing to translate nihilism onto the silver screen. The few threads presented here are all from contemporary movies submitted upon their initial release, so I'm wondering if the owners of this site are looking for nihilistic art in general or if this is all about a current release, hot of the press ordeal.
Let me know, that way I can start writing and posting some material.

Hey fake, you are submersed in a community effort, each of our individual contributions give this magazine its identity. Write what you wish, no one here is pushing an agenda on topics.

You'll find, if you stick around; and i hope you do; that we are a rather diverse group. Some members are very drawn to the categories of new releases. Others are rather leisurely about what they watch and when they watch them, and i know there are at least one or two early cinema buffs. Write what you'd like to share the most. We enjoy free expression.

I would love to see reviews on early cinema, sadly enough there are a lot of people growing up knowing nothing about it, and there are also those of us that have not enough time, too many things to watch. (Witness to that is my Netflix queue, currently up to 160-ish). Also viewing such things are all about perspective, even if we have seen it long-ago, we may learn something from you and go back with fresh and delighted or a more cynically jaded eye to find things we missed the first time around. Can't wait to see what you come up with.

Alright, thanks for the feedback! I'll write a few reviews from movies from different time periods and post them all in one thread; I'll probably do the same for some novels, too.
I love the format of this site; I've never run across a community effort to spread alternative information before, and it's about time something of the sort has been established online. Think I'll stick around and start writing some material, for awhile.

I look forward to your input. Fake people are always welcome. That's subversive.

I think all the buttons just popped on some collective swelling chests in our purported humble society. The old axim, "question authority" is alive and flourishing here. As Grainne said, there are many people growing up completely ignorant of the history of film or the early giants. There are also many films made over the last twenty years or so that did not receive box office attention, and were quietly shuffled away and appreciated in private DVD collections. I look forward to reading your contributions.
