Greetings everyone, I am "the blackwatch" on Multiply, but I think here I'll just go as Matt.
As for what I do and who I am, I'm one of those people fortunate enough to make a living doing more or less what I've always wanted to do. I've been a Biologist/Botanist for most of my professional life. What I really wanted to do was to be part of Lewis and Clark's expedition, but since that job was taken I've had to settle with what the late 20th century had to offer. There is still a lot to discover.

Welcome aboard. I started to say "welcome Matt," but there seemed to be a sort of redundancy involved, as in putting out the welcome mat. Well, it's a bummer there was a time limit on joining the Lewis and Clark expedition. I found the same inhibitions when i dreamed of journeying with Jacques Coustou. Considering we periodically touch down on environment, i'm sure we'll find your knowledge of biology useful. I also find botany fascinating, although only as an observer. I live close by some of our earliest experimental farms that use grafting technology and green houses to develop fruits and vegetables for cold climates.

Hola. As your old pal and fellow Multiplicand, we won't be dusting our feet on this Matt.
