Rocky, i'm so glad you took the time to join the forum. Our members drift in and out, but we're all friendly. For those who are not staff, there is an introduction to Rocky's photography in the Subversify news thread, "we've got photographers!" This is a perfect time for writers and artists to come together as our magazine has been growing by leaps and bounds. Our goal is to reach the day when we can put google image search behind us and rely on our own creativity for illustrations. Thank you Rocky, for joining us.

Neo, considering the similarities between Alaskan and Canadian rural culture, and the slant of so many of your stories, i don't think it will be hard for Rocky to cater to your subject matter. You've given me an idea, though. I've already placed several of our photos into the library for the staff to use at their disposal; however; however, unless you comb through carefully, the images will slip back quickly in the pages unnoticed. I'm going to start putting favored photos into contributors. If one of our staff members or contributing writers see one they wish to use for an article or story, they can put dibs on it. We can then delete the used photos from the forum so we have an active category of available images.

Greetings to Rocky. Sorry to join the party late but the weekend was so nice my computer sat collecting dust. I am so unused to have a photographer to hand that I will have to train myself to think differently, thinking of what pictures I'd like.
One does come to mind however. I am putting up a story this week about Buskers and street performers in general. I'm not sure when we'll run it but if you happen to be about town and can capture any street musicians, jugglers, or the like a picture would be much appreciated.
