It looks like the beginning of the end for freedom of information on the Internet. After Twitter revealed its jelly fish backbone, Google has decided to cave, agreeing to censor blogs that did not comply with local censorship laws. What's next? In centuries gone by, stories were often written as parodies to slide by the watchful eye of censoring. In secret groups, code words were used, making a message appear innocent, when in fact, their underground implications were quite different than the casual words. Fiction is often a way of telling the truth while appearing to simply tell a story. Will we eventually have to cave to this? rt.com/usa/news/google-starts-censoring-blogs-375/
